WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
You will be charged the day of your purchase. Your second charge will be one month after your first visit to the studio.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MONTHLY AND ANNUAL?
Our monthly memberships are for those of you looking for a shorter-term commitment. The monthly membership minimum commitment is 3 months.

The annual membership has a minimum commitment of 12 months.
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIPS?
Unlimited class memberships include unlimited access to all classes.
Unlimited memberships with recovery includes unlimited class access, and 8 recovery sessions per month.
CAN I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?
Memberships may be frozen for up to eight (8) consecutive weeks, once per calendar year.
• Freeze requests must be submitted in writing to info@wrkpilatesstudio.com
• Requests must be received at least ten (10) days prior to the next billing date
• Freezes cannot be applied retroactively (after the fact)
CAN UNUSED RECOVERY SESSIONS ROLL OVER?
Unfortunately, we can not roll over any unused recovery sessions.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Memberships may be canceled with no less than thirty (30) days written notice submitted via email to: info@wrkpilatesstudio.com
• Cancellation requests will take effect after the 30-day notice period
• If a membership includes a minimum commitment period, cancellation will take effect at the conclusion of that period, whichever is later
• Memberships cannot be canceled on the same date of purchase
• At least one full billing cycle must be completed prior to cancellation taking effect
• No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time
